Reflecting on 4 Years of Evolution

For so long I was convinced that getting a j.o.b. was more valuable than my happiness. 

Several years ago I chose to go all in on a search for meaning, purpose and truth. A fork in the road when compared to where many of my peers were headed at the time. I packed my life into a caravan and hit the road with the intention to learn.

After 4 years in passionate pursuit of this “unconventional” path, I can share that the human potential is SO MUCH GREATER than my cultural conditioning led me to believe. While progress has not been linear, staying committed to the path continues to manifest a more & more beautiful human experience.

My top 3 harvests along this journey:

  • The human potential is limited only by our beliefs & imagination.
  • Cultivating inner peace is at the core of all that we desire.
  • Listening to & acting on intuition is the mechanism that aligns us with the heart.

By virtue of natural law, the resonance of a pure intention attracts the experiences we need to evolve.

While inquiring deeper and deeper into the nature of reality and who I am, this epic path continues to unfold, guiding me ever deeper into what it means to love myself, Mother Earth, and all the beings who live here.⁣

I took a leap to realize something greater and indeed, the safety net appeared. It is my passion to assist humanity in awakening to the bliss of the present moment and to invoke inspiration for the very purpose of being alive.⁣

A Key to Lasting Happiness

As described by the Tibetans, the hungry ghost is one who continuously seeks pleasure yet fails to realize lasting fulfillment. Myself included, this pattern seems to affect so many of us today. This drive to achieve when rooted in lack, scarcity or incompleteness positions us to perpetually seek the feeling of wholeness outside of the now moment; be it consciously or subconsciously. ⁣

⁣The truth I uncover is this: The key to realizing lasting happiness, fulfillment and abundance is to become fully at peace with what’s right in front of us, in this now moment. It is to feel whole and complete in the now moment, and allow the overflow of embodied abundance to inspire creativity, passion and love. Whatever is standing in the way of us feeling abundant, whole and complete in the now moment may be the most important thing we can be working on for ourselves.⁣

This is the inner work.⁣

Do I have this mastered? No. Though I am I willing to sit with the discomfort that arises when challenging myself to embody more presence and completeness in the now moment.⁣

My invitation is for us to come into this now moment, to breathe and to relax into our innate wholeness. From here we can take inspired action rooted in wholeness, rather than perpetuating cycles that keep us chasing the carrot on the end of the stick.
